Floral Pattern



▢12 large eggs ▢¼ cup heavy cream ▢1 tablespoon unsalted butter ▢salt and pepper to taste ▢1 cup shredded cheese

Crack eggs into a large bowl. Add heavy cream and whisk together until smooth.


Place butter in a skillet over low heat and let it melt. Add eggs to the skillet and slowly start cooking. 

Use a rubber spatula to mix eggs around in small circles while they cook.

Cook for 2–3 minutes if you want your eggs to be more creamy and cook for 5-7 minutes a little bit longer if you want them more fluffy.

Turn the heat off and season eggs with salt, pepper and shredded cheese. Remove from the skillet once cheese is melted.
